Boardwalk volunteer camping enthusiasts wanted!
The boardwalk at Fuji Rock Festival spans a length of 2 kilometers through the forest.
The Fuji Rock Boardwalk Camp Event is held every year to help repair and maintain the parts of the boardwalk damaged by rain and snow while enjoying the nature of Naeba.
Make friends, try local foods, walk along paths and roads closed off during the festival, and soak it in at the place that will become Green Stage this summer as you experience the lush nature of Fuji Rock Festival’s home, Naeba.
No need for any expertise of knowledge.

THE NAEBA BOARDWALK
Every spring, almost 300 volunteers and local participants build and maintain the boardwalk that makes it possible to move through the forest using a wheelchair.
No heavy equipment or chemicals are used in the building and maintenance process and the boardwalk has been lovingly kept up every season using only wood and people power. This “organic” boardwalk was first built in 2002 and is only the second ever built in Japan.
The Fuji Rock Boardwalk Camp event is held every spring to help maintain the boardwalk itself and to protect and maintain the surrounding forest.
