  • Festival grounds will close at 5:00AM each day. 3 Day Ticket holders are required to exit the festival at 5:00AM each day of the festival. Re-entry will be prohibitted until 9:00AM.

  • Those purchasing Parking Tickets for two consecutive days are permitted to park vehicle until 7:00AM of the 3rd day.

  • Terms of use apply to Auto Camp Facility Moon Caravan. Please be sure to confirm terms and details of facility prior to purchasing tickets. Purchase will be deemed agreement to all terms and conditions.

About the Camp Sites

There are three camp site areas and ticket purchase process differ for each camp site area.
・Use of each camp site will be limited to those with tickets purchased for that area.

  • Use of area limited to Official Tour Bus users. Standard tickets not valid for use of area.
  • Entry to Pyramid Garden Stage permitted to anyone with a valid wristband.
  • Camp sites are not sectioned. Please make room for your neighbors.
  • The camp site is located on a ski slope so there is a incline.
  • Use of open flame and only tarps (instead of tents) is not permitted.
  • Cooking is only permitted in the barbeque area. Please use the barbeque area for any food preperation. Charcoal and other cooking utensils will not be provided.
  • Vehicle access to the camp site is not permitted. Please carry all bags and gear yourself. (Excluding Moon Caravan.)
  • Shower facilities will be available for camp site users. Also, paid use of Naeba Onsen bathing facilities available.
  • Please be sure to take all tents, and other camping gear with you when you depart the festival.

Parking areas located within walking distance of festival grounds.
  • Parking to be assigned among 3 parking areas by festival.
1 Day Parking Ticket Outer Festival Parking
  • Shuttle Bus will be operating between outer parking areas and festival grounds. (No charge)
  • Use of parking area to be restricted to area and times listed on ticket.
  • Parking of vehicles over 6m in length such as "micro" busses is not permitted.
  • Those travelling to the festival by bicycle can park their bikes at the No. 1 Festival Parking Area at no charge.
  • Only a limited number of each ticket type are available.
  • Please note that removing the Parking Ticket from the Parking Pass voids the ticket.

About Moon Caravan

Auto Camp Facility Moon Caravan is a 4 night auto and motorcycle camping facility.
Each section can be used to park a vehicle and set up a tent.

Purchase of a Moon Caravan ticket shall be deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please be sure to read and fully understand the following and other details about the area before purchasing tickets.

Facility Information

Location Moon Caravan is located at the southern-most point of the festival. It is positioned before the main camp site and above the Pyramid Garden camp site. The area is what used to be the Naeba Prince Hotel golf course and has a slight (approx 3 to 5 degree) incline. The area is about 15 minute walk to the festival main entrance gate.
Assigned Space
  • Each 4 Wheel Vehicle Ticket is alloted 1 section measuring 6m x 6m. (For use by up to 4 people.)
  • Each 2 Wheel (Motorcycle) Vehicle Ticket is alloted 1 section measuring 3m x 3m. (For use by up to 2 people.)
Pets
  • Dogs are allowed in the area but must be kept on a leash at all times except when within the Dogrun area planned for construction in the area. Please note that dogs are not allowed within the festival grounds. Dogs cannot be left with festival staff to be looked after. Please also note that pet food is not available at the festival. Any and all matters pertaining to the safe keeping of your dog while at the festival is your sole responsibility.
Use of open flame Food preperation is permitted in your section in this area but use of open flame is prohibitted.

Terms & Conditions of Use

  • Use of the Auto Camp Facility Moon Caravan is limited to those who have purchased Moon Caravan Parking and Camp Site tickets. Tickets for other parking and camping areas cannot be used in this area.
  • Vehicle entry and exit times are restricted. Patking tickets for those who do not arrive during the alloted entry time shall be deemed void and will be unable to use the area. Please note use of other parking areas will not be available. Be sure to keep this in mind when purchasing Moon Caravan tickets.

    • Entry and exit of vehicles restricted to the above. Vehicles cannot be moved at times other than the above.
  • Access to the festival from Moon Caravan will be from opening time to until the end of festival programming for each day of the festival.
  • Use of each 4 Wheel Parking Ticket section (6m x 6m) shall be limited to use by maximum 4 people. (Space capacity for 1 vehicle and tent limited to use by 4 people.)
    Use of each 2 Wheel (Motorcycle) Vehicle Parking Ticket section (3m x 3m) shall be limited to use by maximum of 2 people. (Space capacity for 1 vehicle and tent limited to use by 2 people.)
    Parking of vehicle and setting of tent permitted within allotted section. Vehicle and or camping equipment must not extend beyond the assigned section.
  • Vehicles over 6m in length not permitted. Please be sure to check vehicle specs in advance.
  • The festival and venue take no responsibility for any accidents or thefts which occur in the facility area.
  • Use of open flame is not permitted in the facility area.
  • Vehicle engines must be turned off while parked in the facility area.
  • Detailed information about the use of the Moon Caravan facility will be provided when tickets are delivered.
