Comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement and non-slip trekking shoes are recommended.The festival is being held at the end of August this year and low temperatures are expected at night. Use of long sleeved under garments, fleece jackets and waterproof outer shells / jackets are recommended. Bees, wasps and ticks reside in the area. Loose fitting clothes and exposing your skin should be avoided to prevent insects from coming in to your clothing. |
Manners
Use or possesion of tents, tarpaulin shelters, blue sheets and parasols,etc., are not allowed in the festival site. The use of such equipment obstructs other people's views and takes up too much space, leaving others struggling to find space when crowded. The festival has found that unattended sun shades, etc., create large blocks of empty space that could be used by other festival attendees who had no space to stand to see the stage. The use or possesion of any such equipment (including tents, parasols, flysheets or tarp shelters, etc.) that occupy too much space and obstruct the view of other people is prohibited in the festival. |
The use of leisure sheets or "blue sheeting" inappropriate to the number of persons using the space and folding outdoor chairs are prohibited at the festival. Use of items such as folding chairs, even if of the type allowed into the festival, to save space is strictly prohibited. It is also prohibited to occupy any amount of space for prolonged periods of time. Use of blankets, sheeting or chairs are prohibited in the following areas. [Stricted Areas]
In recent years, the number of instances of sheeting or blankets being left unattended and thus people being unable to use a space even though nobody is there has increased. Please be sure to take sheeting, blankets, chairs and all belongings with you when moving about the festival. |
While it is permitted to bring and use cameras at the festival, photographing, filming and recording of performing artists is not allowed. |

Smoking while walking is not permitted in the festival. Neither is smoking permitted in crowded areas. Smoking is not permitted in no-smoking areas. If you smoke, please be sure to carry a portable ashtray with you.

Use of umbrellas are not allowed in any areas of the Festival including campsites. Sharp tips cause hazards and can be dangerous when obstructing others' field of vision. Umbrellas are not usefull during heavy rain. Please bring a proper water-proof jacket for camping or mountain hiking. |

Baby / Disabled person
Children under 15 years of age are free to enter the site as long as they are accompanied by an adult. |
KIDS LAND has facilities for children. Please note children cannot be left there unaccompanied. |
If you need a diaper changing or nursing place, you can use Kids Land or the first aid tent.

Priority toilet facilities are availble in each area for disabled persons, those accompanying small children, children, pregnant women and older festival goers. Anyone may use the priority toilets but please give use of the facilities to the above persons. |

There are food stalls both inside and outside the campsite. There are some that open for breakfast. Be sure to use the barbeque area if you cook. Use of fire is prohibited outside of the barbeque area. Charcoal and cooking utensils are not provided so be sure to bring your own. (Cooking is allowed in the campsite area in the Moon Caravan area.) |

Unlike in urban areas, there are insects such as bees, wasps, mosquitos and ticks in the area where the festival is located. Although the festival works to remove dangerous beehives before the festival starts, it is not possible to find all hives so please be cautious. It is important to be careful about unexpected insect bites in natural surroundings.
