- If you purchased Tickets through any ticket agency, please print them out in advance at a convenience store and bring them to the venue on the day of the event.
- On the day of the event, please exchange your issued Festival Entry Ticket for a wristband at the "Wristband Exchange Counter" located in the SERVICE AREA inside the venue before entering. (You will not be admitted with just the Festival Entry Ticket.)
- Customers who have purchased a Parking Tickets will exchange it for a Parking Pass at the designated parking lot on the day of their visit.
- Please bring the Parking Tickets issued at the time of purchase to the designated parking area upon arrival, where you will exchange it for a Parking Pass before parking your vehicle.
