• Those who purchase tickets with the early bird discount will receive their admission wristband and Campsite wristband in advance.

  • To obtain a digital ticket, you will need a smartphone with LINE installed.

TICKETS Information

• For ticket types that are not available as Early Bird Discount Tickets, please purchase them in the advance sale that will be held in the future.
• Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after your application has been submitted.
• Please purchase TICKETS at an official ticket office.
• TICKETS purchased through any other means than the official sales outlets are invalid, and the festival will not be involved in any way with TICKETS refunds in the event that a problem occurs to the purchaser or the event is canceled.
• The wristband will be your proof of purchase and will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss.
• If you remove or lose your wristband inside the venue, you will be asked to leave or purchase a new one. Please handle your wristband with care.
• Wristbands, Parking Tickets, etc. are scheduled to be sent out sequentially from early July.

Regarding Festival Entry Ticket

• Children under 15 are admitted free of charge if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

About the Campsite

• This is a free site with no partitions. Please be considerate to others when using the site.
• Please note that there is a slope as this is a ski slope.
• Do not use over an open flame or as a tarp alone.
• Cooking is not permitted outside the barbecue area. Please use the barbecue area when cooking. Please bring your own charcoal and cooking utensils.
• Cars are not allowed inside the venue. Please carry your luggage by hand.
• We will provide showers exclusively for Campsite users. You can also use Naeba Onsen(fees apply).
• Please be sure to take home any camping equipment you bring with you, such as tents.

Regarding parking

• Parking is only permitted at the designated location and time indicated on the Parking Tickets.
• Vehicles exceeding 6m in length, such as minibuses, cannot be accommodated.
• If you come by bicycle, you can park your bicycle for free in the "No.1 Festival Parking Area."
• The number of admission tickets with Parking Tickets Festival Entry Ticket available for sale is limited. Please purchase yours early as they may sell out.
• Please note that if you separate the Parking Tickets and Parking Pass we will send you, they will all become invalid.

About camper van use

• Vehicles up to 2.3m wide and 6m long may use the parking lot. However, we do not allow actions that obstruct the space of other vehicles, such as placing chairs or tables outside the vehicle or installing side awnings. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be denied parking.
• If you would like to cook or camp in the space where you park your car, please use the auto camping area "MOON CARAVAN", where you can use 6m x 6m plots.
• The TICKETS required for use will be on sale in the future.
