Festival Pre-Party
Festival Pre-Party will be held on Thursday July 25th.
Check out traditional “bon odori” dancing, eating contest, special shows and fireworks to kick off the festival!
Shuttle Bus
Shuttle bus service is available between JR Echigo Yuzawa Station – Festival and Parking Lots – Festival. Be sure to check what time the first and last busses are!
Those staying in the Tashiro & Mitsumata areas can also use the shuttle busses.
Please note that the shuttle bus costs ¥500 yen from Echigo Yuzawa Station to the festival. Return trip is free of charge.
Wristband Exchange
Those with proof of purchase of festival tickets are required to exchange for a wristband at the Wristband Exchange before entering the festival.
- ・Those who have received their wristbands in advance can directly enter the festival.
Please Note
- ・Wristband that are lost or damaged will not be replaced under any circumstances.
- ・Anybody without a wristband will be ejected from the festival. Do not lose your wristband!
- ・Wristbands which have been removed will be deemed not valid. Do not remove your wristband until you leave the festival.
- ・Wristbands are required to board shuttle busses departing the festival.
- ・The ticket stub you receive upon exchanging your wristband is your “proof of purchase” please store it safely until you leave the festival.
Wristband Exchange Operating Hours
Thurs July 25: 12:00pm ～Monday July 29: 5:00am
- ・Wristband Exchange will be very congested at times just prior to the festival opening. Try and go early to save time.
- ・Time table and kids wristbands are available at the entrance gate.
e-Payment Services
e-Payment services can be used at most food and merchandise stalls in and outside of the festival (participating locations only).
Rakuten Edy, nanaco, transportation IC cards can be charged at the festival. Operating hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday thru Sunday. Be sure to charge your e-payment account before arriving to the festival.

Lost & Found
Lost items can be found at the Information Tent located in the festival. Items will be sent to the Minami Uonuma Police Station after the festival.
