Those who have purchased parking tickets will need to exchange the tickets for Parking Passes on arrival to the assigned parking lot.
Same day purchase of parking tickets will be available for any parking lots which have not sold out.
(Parking lots will be considered sold out once they have reached capacity.)

Parking Ticket Exchange Information

【For Those Residing In Japan】

Ticket outlets will change from posting Parking Tickets in advance to exchange on arrival to the assigned parking lot. Those who purchase parking tickets will be required to exchange proof of purchase with Parking Passes on arrival to the assigned parking lot before parking their vehicle.

• Parking Tickets may only be exchanged during the period for which the Ticket was purchased.
  Please note that tickets will not be exchanged at times other then that for which the ticket was purchased.

• Parking Tickets which have been lost will not be reissued under any circumstances.

• *Parking Tickets are only available for purchase via e+, Lawson Ticket, Ticket PIA, Gan-Ban locations and Rakuten.
• *Moon Caravan Tickets are only available for purchase via e+ until Wed July 24th.
• *Advance shipment of wristbands will finish (per each outlet schedule).
  (Proof of purchase will need to be exchanged for wristbands on entry to festival for those who purchase after shipping deadline.)
• *Wristbands are available upon purchase at storefront ticket sales at Gan-Ban, Tsutaya (participating locations), Liquidroom, HMV record shops (participating locations), Recofan Shibuya Beam.
