- Tickets purchased at unauthorized ticket outlets are deemed invalid. The festival bears no responsibility for any trouble cased by purchasing tickets from an unauthorized ticket outlet, nor will the festival guarantee refunds in the case of the festival being cancelled if purchased from an unauthorized ticket outlet.
- Number of tickets available during Advance Ticketing are limited and sales will be halted once the number of available tickets is reached regardless of sales schedule.

- Those who have purchased a parking ticket will be sent their wristband(s) in advance along with the parking ticket. By having your wristband sent to you in advance you eliminate the ticket and wristband exchange at the festival entrance making it easier to enter the site.
