- If you purchase tickets at a ticket agency, please print them out in advance at a convenience store and bring them with you to the venue on the day of the event.
On the day of the event, please exchange your printed admission ticket for a wristband at the “Wristband Exchange Counter” located in the service area inside the venue. (You will not be admitted with the admission ticket alone.) - Customers who have purchased parking tickets must exchange them for parking passes at the designated parking lot on the day of the event.
Please bring the parking ticket issued at the time of purchase to the corresponding parking lot upon arrival, exchange it for a parking pass, and park your vehicle accordingly.
