To those who purchased tickets in 2020

The tickets you have are valid for this year’s Fuji Rock Festival.
Tickets will be refunded if you do not wish to attend this year’s festival because of concerns regarding Covid-19.

Tickets purchased in 2020 are valid for the above transfer dates only.

Special gift for 2020 ticket holders!

Special edition rubber wristband will be sent to all of those who saved their tickets for a year and believing in the festival!

Details will be announced at a later date.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets will be refunded during the following period.

  • Please note that ticket refunds will not be available after the refund period has ended. Please be sure to apply for your refund during the designated refund period.
  • Refunds cannot be made for lost tickets. Please take good care of the tickets in your possesion.

10:00 Saturday April 17th to 23:59 Monday May 31st, 2021

Refund Instructions

Each ticket outlet will refund tickets accordingly.
Each outlet has a different system for refunds so please be sure to check and confirm the instructions with your outlet.

For those who purchased tickets from overseas

Each ticket outlet will send an email to ticket purchaser directly about the refund. If you do not receive an email by April 30th, please contact the ticket outlet directly.
