Information about the official Fuji Rock app (free)

The official FRF app for 2025 is now available. It includes convenient features for the day of the event, such as a MY TIME TABLE function and push notifications for the latest information. We will also send push notifications with information about crowd conditions and other venue details.

• The AREA MAP provides information on convenient facilities for the day.
• With the MY TIME TABLE feature, you can display your own TIME TABLE.
• If you register with MY TIME TABLE or MY ARTIST, you will receive push notifications before performances begin.

Shuttle Bus Timetable

Shuttle buses will run between Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the festival, and between each parking lot and the festival.

Shuttle buses will run between JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the festival, and between the off-site parking lot and the festival. Please note that each shuttle bus has its own departure and arrival times, so please check in advance.

When using this service, customers arriving at JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station are requested to pay the shuttle bus fare of ¥2,000 (round trip) when boarding the bus.

• Payment can be made by electronic payment or cash.
• For customers arriving from off-site parking lots, shuttle bus fees are included in the parking ticket.
• Those aged 15 or under as of July 27, 2025 may ride free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Photo ID required)

Exchanging your wristband

• Those who have already received their wristbands
  Please proceed to the entrance gate.
• If you have a paper ticket, please exchange it for a wristband at the festival.
  • If you have an admission ticket, please exchange it for a wristband at the “Wristband Exchange” in front of YELLOW CLIFF, then proceed to the entrance gate.
• Please Note
  • Lost wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
  • Those without wristbands will be asked to leave the venue, so please take care not to lose your wristband.
  • Once you have removed your wristband, you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Please do not remove your wristband until you are ready to leave.
  • Your wristband will also be required when using the shuttle bus upon departure.
  • The ticket stub returned to you when exchanging your wristband serves as proof of purchase. Please keep it in a safe place until the end of the festival.

  July 24 (Thu) 12:00 p.m. to July 28 (Mon) 5:00 a.m.
• How to wear the wristband
  
  • Push the self-lock up to a position where the wristband will not slip off your wrist.
  • Be sure to attach the wristband to your wrist and check that it is securely fastened.
