This sake is made using pesticide-free red sweet potatoes harvested at Hashinoshita Farm, a community farm, and water sourced from the Toyoda River, which flows alongside the Hashinoshita World Music Festival.approximately 2 tons of natural spring water from the source of the Yagawa River (hardness 9.7, soft water) was personally collected by the brewers and transported to Kikusuizake Brewery in Iida for brewing. This sake is a product of sweat, laughter, passion, and soul.
Resembling its makers, it has a mild character, a high sweet aroma of sweet potatoes, and a refined taste, making it popular among women as well.
