The 9th FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'05 finally saw two Billboard number one ARTISTS line up on the Green Stage on the first day.
Coldplay attracted the most attention worldwide in 2005. Also, the King of Fuji, Dave Grohl's Foo Fighters, who have been performing at the inaugural FUJI ROCK since 1997, will finally be headlining! Also appearing will be many Japanese ARTISTS making their first appearance, including ROSSO and Crazy Ken Band.
On the second day, Beck, making his first appearance at Fuji since his legendary 1998 concert, and the world's number one DJ Fatboy Slim, who everyone had been waiting for, made a sold-out appearance for the first time since Björk's appearance in 2003. In addition, many other ARTISTS unique to the festival appeared, including the miraculous comeback of Dinosaur Jr. and Ryan Adams, who was making his first visit to Japan.
On the final day, the Lineup struggling to decide who to choose: New Order on the Green Stage and Sigur Ros, making their Fuji debut, on the White Stage. The Beach Boys at sunset was also an unforgettable moment. Primal Scream also made an appearance as a special guest, making the Lineup even more impressive.

In addition, in terms of the environment, we are running a new energy campaign called "NEW POWER GEAR" that introduces soft energy sources such as biodiesel and solar power.
For SHOP, the festival partnered with one of the most popular fashion brands of the moment, Mastermind Japan, to launch the FUJI ROCK COLLECTION, and FUJI ROCK yukatas were also available, adding to the summer festival atmosphere.
